LINO Lomeli, 007 LOMELLINA! 
Saturday, June 21, at the headquarters of shops Mortara ( Pv) was officially presented the first all-new adventure of comic strip character LINO Lomeli, the 007 Lomellina, entitled "Big Trouble in Lomellina in September."
Lino Alfredo Lomeli is the brainchild of Panzer, vice president of the Association in September Lomellina (born in 2008 from six organizations in the countries of Cergnago, Garlasco, Mede, Mortara, Robbie and the Valley, with the aim of promote the area through exhibitions, pageants and festivals already operating in each center) and is a cartoon character and thought to be at the service of promoting the area, spreading through the pages of attractions, festivals and beauty of Lomellina .
This project aims to arouse interest and curiosity of the people of Lomellina and all the tourists who will meet the balloon at fairs and places where the promotion will be released but, more importantly, we want to bring younger people through a 'new idea (which is to understand how the Palios Lomellina have embarked on a path of rejuvenation and modernization) through the communicative power of comics.
Lino Lomeli is a fictional character, but in the comic will interact with real men and women of our cities. Hence comparing the mayors of the six countries in September Lomellina, politicians Region and Province, the organizers of festivals and other characters Lomellina significant. The story is set in Lomellina and, in addition to presenting the monuments and sites characteristic of some countries, will feature a storyline that revolves around the events of September, so it is called the Palio of dl'Urmon Robbins, Barlafus of the Palio di Valle, Paliottone of Garlasco, the Palio dla Ciaramela of Medea, the Palio del Bove fat Cergnago and the Palio of the Goose Mortara.

For this project we turned advertising agency and publishing house Emmetre Oleggio of Service (NO) and its artistic director, Fabrizio De Fabritiis the cartoonist, author of the cult comic book "Captain Novara (

Fabrizio, in addition to graphically create the character of Lino Lomeli, he has worked to develop the script and draw first adventure (based on a story by Alfredo Panzeri) which consists of 36 pages in black and white formats Bonelli.
The comic was printed in 6,000 copies distributed in a number of number of 1,000 copies for each country in September Lomellina.
Lino Lomeli and his adventures are already receiving great acclaim and the comic has already become a small local phenomenon.
