The internship is a training period on the field or in a company, which is an opportunity for direct knowledge of the working world as well as of the acquisition of specific skills. Through the internship, students have the opportunity to enter "live" in the company and especially to be known, to be appreciated and to establish a relationship that in most cases does not stop at the internship period.
The ability to interact with business realities and allow it to assess the real and varying needs is also regulated by the "Treu Package" (Law 196/97, art. 18) and the subsequent Ministerial Decree 25 March 1998, No 142, which provided for the reform and revitalization of the institution of the stage. Depending on the type, duration, content of the Stage, at the year end the company recognizes the stageur the credits agreed to draft and certificate frequency.
